We are a duo in life and taking care of lives. Complicity is the word that defines us. It is the word that accompanies us in conversations that challenge emotions and thinking. The word that is present when choosing a movie, a city tour, a jazz club, a concert. We like to travel and experience places with history. We like the smell of the sea and we collect sand from all the beaches.<\/p>\n

With this reality as a backdrop, together with our restlessness for new knowledge, we chose to be Professional Coaches, certified and accredited by the ICF<\/a>. Each one in its own time!<\/p>\n

Helena Anjos, Psychologist, dared to be the Coordinator of the Coaches Team at CTT in 2000, with an extraordinary impact on the teams, when there was an urgent need to change attitudes towards the new. It was a challenge!<\/p>\n

Ant\u00f3nio Delgado, Engineer, worked for many years as coordinator of IT teams and projects within the scope of HR. In 2018, he embraced Executive Coaching and is Certified in Team and Group Coaching.<\/p>\n

Our team is the result of a partnership between two ICF certified Coaches, with:<\/p>\n

A solid training in Coaching and high professional and emotional maturity.<\/strong>
\nWe have proven experience in designing tailor-made Coaching processes, as well as promoting and performing multicultural workshops and webinars.<\/strong>
<\/p>\n

A five-year history in the presidency of the Portuguese ICF Chapter<\/strong>, with the pride of having placed the country on the coaching world map.<\/p>\n

A large business experience<\/strong>, in strategic areas where the continuous development of people is essential. Two decades of experience in team leadership and project management allow us to understand and integrate customer needs and deliver adequate and effective responses.<\/p>\n
