About me<\/h2>\n

I'm Helena Anjos, Coach, credential-holder as Master Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (ICF)<\/a> and as\u00a0Master Practitioner by EMCC.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Companies, with a focus on their people, can count on my 18 years of experience as head of the Coaches team at CTT, as well as my experience as an independent professional. I have more than 11,000 hours of Executive Coaching practice and took more than 950 clients, with extraordinary results.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In addition to the Executive Coaching Certification, I invested in Team and Group Coaching certification.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I obtained the Mentor Coach certification in 2018 and the Coach Supervisor certification in 2020.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I was President of ICF Portugal<\/a> in the 2017-2018 biennium and Vice President in the 2015-2016 biennium.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I am co-founder of EMCC Portugal<\/a> and Master Practitioner.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I am co-author of three books on Coaching and have several articles published in HR magazines.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I have been a Clinical Psychologist since 1979 and a candidate member of the SPG-PAG since 2012.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I did a Masters in Clinical Psychology, \u00abThe Impact of Coaching on Psychological, Subjective and Work Well-being in team leaders\u00bb, a tribute to the Art and Science of Coaching.<\/p>\n

\u2022 I volunteer at CoachActivism<\/a>, where I coach volunteers who work with refugees and at ECV, an initiative to Raise Cabo Verde, where I am a Coach and a Supervisor of three groups of coaches. I spport the No Bully<\/a>, a non-profit association, founded in 2016, with the purpose of ending bullying in the world.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

I believe that in every human being there is an immensity of learning, knowledge and emotions \u2013 the potential yet to be discovered! When found, a more solid, more curious, more enthusiastic person emerges.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coaching greatly contributes to bringing this potential to the surface, when practiced by mature and conscientious professionals, who use, during the sessions, a high dose of intuition, passion, as well as emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n
